Lorna is joining forces with renowned local sound therapist Michelle Dennison-Hall to bring you a wonderful evening of restoring, releasing and relaxing. You will have an hour of restorative yoga, followed by a 15-minute break - herbal teas will be provided, but current guidelines still require that you need to bring your own mug. You'll lie down with supports and blankets and be bathed in ethereal sounds from Michelle's wonderful instruments, including singing bowls and gongs for around 45 minutes. Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, cushions and a strap. If you have yoga bricks and blocks and a yoga bolster, please bring those too. There will be some blocks, bricks and bolsters available to borrow, but you will need to bring an extra blanket or a sheet to cover any bolsters that you use for hygiene purposes. This workshop is suitable for all levels of yoga. Please do not come along if you have tested positive for coronavirus. The sound bath is not suitable for anyone who is less than three months pregnant, or suffers from epilepsy, heart conditions or sever mental health issues such as psychosis.
