Restorative Yoga 1

Restorative yoga encourages total relaxation - physically, mentally, and emotionally. Suitable for all levels, restorative yoga is practiced at a slow pace, focusing on long holds using props such as blankets, bolsters (or pillows) cushions, belts or scarves. We focus on letting go, using the breath, mantras and mudras. A cosy practice that you can even do in your pyjamas!
